We process personal data exclusively for:
- Scheduling, changing and carrying out appointments;
- Caring for and treating your pet;
- Maintaining contact with customers;
- Invoicing and administration;
- Complying with legal obligations;
- Improving our services;
- Handling questions, complaints and requests;
- Sending service messages relating to appointments.
If you have given separate consent, we may inform you about promotions, offers or news.

We only process personal data when there is a legal basis for doing so:

For carrying out grooming treatments and managing appointments.

For tax administration and accounting obligations.

Stacey's Trimsalon may take photos of treated pets for:
- Portfolio;
- Website;
- Social media;
- Advertising and promotional purposes.
Photos are only published after the owner has given consent.
This consent can be withdrawn at any time for future use.

We never sell your data to third parties.
Data is only shared when necessary for:
- Accounting;
- Payment processing;
- Website and email hosting;

- Requests from competent authorities.
Where required by law, we conclude a data processing agreement with external parties that process personal data.

In general, the following periods apply:
